Susan Stanford joined the WAiS team in 2015.  Her professional background is as a physiotherapist,teacher and Local Area Coordinator in metropolitan, rural 
and remote WA settings.  

Leanne Pearman As CEO of WAIS Leanne has been involved in the lives of people with disability and their families for over 30 years, building extensive strategic
and operational experience, particularly in individual service design and organisational leadership.
